  • Do you feel that sometimes your voice isn’t doing exactly what you want it to? Have you been told that you need to work on your technique?

With a thorough vocal technique, you are able to master all the challenges singing can throw you. No matter if you are a choir singer or a professional soloist, together we will look at your technique and devise an action plan to help you develop.

  • For singers who have had a break or experiencing issues in returning to or maintaining their current singing load.

In this course, we will be reconnecting with your voice, going back to the basics and the wider experience of your voice. Exercises, such as body mapping or mindfulness combined with voice science and evidence-based teaching will enable you to find your voice (again). The exact course content will be bespoke and based on your needs.

Please note, that I will not be able to work with serious vocal health issues and I might recommend that you have your voice checked by a medical specialist prior to the course.

  • Do you have a new concert programme that you’d like to immerse yourself in? We can work together on interpretations and vocal challenges. It is possible to bring your own pianist or make use of one of our house pianists at an extra charge.

  • For singers who simply need time and space to practice.

Do you have an audition coming up or an important concert to prepare? Do you need time to practice but everything is getting in the way? Stay with us and focus entirely on your music while all earthly worries (like food and drink) are cared for. You can either book lessons with Motje or just make use of your room to practice undisturbed. This is available for solo singers and small ensembles.
